After showing the first Pics from HongKong about the new Firmware in N900 devices over there with the Build No.: 10.2010.12-9, there are the first inofficial leaks around. 

there is a very fast thread at talk.maemo.org going on where they already flashed the leaked firmware and are sharing some pics and confirming some rumors:

these points are confirmed:

• - Qt updated to 4.6.2
• - Portrait Browser Mode
• - Updated Application Manager
• - Skype and Google Talk video calling
• - Improved virtual keyboard
• - USSD call codes now work
• - Improved camera options
• - Smoother scrolling
• - Long key press gives numbers
• - OVI Maps 3.0

Build No: 10.2010.12-9

so it's only a leak and it could be not the official one.

but, there is another Build floating around: 10.2010.16-8

there seems to be a proof of the leaked so called "PR1.2":
