MeeGo UI for Tablets show off in a Pre-Alpha version

There is a new video floating around about the upcoming MeeGo UI. meegodemo managed to share a demo of the Pre-Alpha version of the MeeGo UI for Tablets.

as you can see in the video, there are some features we already know since the roundup from chippy from carrypad.com that are beeing discussed at netbooknews.com

 

    here are some of the main features shown in this video:

  •     - home screen with dockable icons with automatic updates
  •     - animated menu
  •     - HD material playback without a glitch
  •     - native support for social web like twitter, facebook & co. 
  •     - Intel AppUp Client
  •     - tackmanager with preview and in grid
  •     - widgets, websites and apps are shown in an own scrollable pile
  •     - smooth and fast UI
  •     - fast and snappy reactions to user
  •     - multitouch display with several homescreens
  •     - "Home Screen"-Button like in Maemo
